We have answered some common questions you may have in regards to our service.

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Purchasing is easy at Zip Me Up. When you have found an item you would like to buy simply select the size/colour you want and then click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button. You can view or remove items in your cart at any time. Proceed to checkout to complete your order.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can purchase at Zip Me Up without an account, however there are advantages for you if you subscribe first.

It is faster and easier as your details will be stored and you will only have to login with your password anytime you want to buy.

You will receive customer updates regarding Zip Me Up sales, promotions and exclusive events.

You can review past purchases and track the status of your order.

You will have the opportunity to become a loyalty customer and receive special discounts.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

Designers use different sizing systems so to make it as easy as possible to determine the right size for you, Zip Me Up has comprised a simplified chart using the standardised system XS, S, M, L.

Simply click on the ‘SIZE CHART’ button.

Each item also has a comment section, which includes any extra information regarding size or fit of that particular garment.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF IT DOES NOT FIT OR I DO NOT LIKE IT?

You are free to return or exchange a full priced items for any reason within SEVEN days upon receipt of delivery so long as a returns form has been filled in and the garment(s) are in new, unused condition with all tags still attached. This is at the discretion of Zip Me Up.

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?

You are free to return a sale item for any reason within SEVEN days upon receipt of delivery for a store credit ONLY unless otherwise stated as a FINAL SALE ITEM, then this may not be returned or exchanged.  A returns form must be filled in and the garment(s) must be in new, unused condition with all tags still attached. This is at the discretion of Zip Me Up.

AM I ABLE TO ORDER AN ITEM MARKED ‘SOLD OUT’?

Restocking of garments cannot be guaranteed as stock is limited so typically when ‘SOLD OUT’ it is no longer available. However if you have interest in an item marked ‘SOLD OUT’ you may contact us (via email) and if possible we will do all we can to restock it for you.

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE TOTAL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

All correctly returned orders will be refunded either to your credit card or bank account, depending on the method of payment used.

If returning a sale item you will receive a full refund in the form of a store credit ONLY unless otherwise stated.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

Zip Me Up accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and/or electronic transfer.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

Your online security is important to us. All transactions on this website are processed using DPS, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Zip Me Up uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet.

You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.

IS MY INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

Zip Me Up assures that all information you share is private and confidential. No personal information will be shared without your consent.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order and it has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with your delivery details. 

IS MY ORDER INSURED?

All Zip Me Up orders are insured.

Once orders are delivered and signed for they are no longer covered by Zip Me Up. If your parcel is damaged on arrival we recommend you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing for your order that you are accepting a damaged parcel.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

You will receive an automated copy of your order and once it has been processed you will receive a personal email confirming your order (and that it is in stock).

WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE DEDUCTED?

Once your order has been processed, payment will be approved and debited from your credit card or bank account on dispatch.

DO I NEED TO SIGN ON DELIVERY?

All Zip Me Up orders require proof of delivery therefore we are unable to authorize any delivery without a signature.

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?

All Zip Me Up orders require proof of delivery by way of signature therefore we are unable to send orders to PO Boxes.

CAN I LAYBUY AN ITEM?

Zip Me Up does offer a lay buy service. A 25% deposit is required and items must be paid in full no later than SIX weeks from time of deposit and FOUR weeks for sale items.

If a lay buy is cancelled the 25% deposit will be held and the remaining value will be refunded in the form of a store credit ONLY, to be redeemed within TWO months from time of cancellation.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN AN ITEM IS ON PRE-ORDER?

When pre-ordering items from Zip Me Up, full payment is required upon purchase. Should you change your mind prior to the arrival of your item, you may cancel your Pre-order to receive a full refund. Alternatively if you wish to return your pre-order once received, you must do within 7 days for a full refund.
