Price & Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Zip Me Up offers refunds and exchanges on all full priced items unless otherwise stated, you may return any full priced purchased items so long as the items are in new and unused conditions, with all tags attached to the item and in original condition.
We will not accept items without their tags at all. When you have received your item, please try it on as soon as possible.
You must let us know your intention to either return or exchange the full priced item(s) within 7 days of receipt, by emailing us at email@example.com.
Insurance & Delivery
Zip Me Up insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Zip Me Up and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Zip Me Up are not responsible for any charges or delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Gift vouchers are only valid for a limited time and the voucher must be used by the date shown on the voucher – check your voucher to find out when to use it by. We cannot accept any responsibility for stolen or deleted gift vouchers. Vouchers given away or won through competitions are not valid for sale items. Vouchers must be redeemed for the items at full price.
If you are the purchaser, please double check the delivery email address you enter – it is your responsibility to do so and we cannot be held responsible if a gift voucher is used by someone other than your recipient if the email address entered is incorrect. Make sure your recipient has received their gift voucher, as it is their responsibility to keep the voucher details safe.
From time to time, gift vouchers may get caught in spam filters, and it’s up to the recipient to check these filters. We can’t take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to the recipient’s email address because of spam filters, firewalls, the capacity of the recipient’s mailbox or any other factors outside of our control.

Account discount codes – these codes may from time to time be offered to account holders, such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the promotional code was offered and registered.
A Zip Me Up credit is provided by way of a promotional code. Such codes are created by Zip Me Up and when given to the recipient by way of an item being returned out of Zip Me Up's terms & condition's, a laybuy item cancelled or returned or by way of a gift voucher. Please note in the case of a misuse of these conditions, loss or damage, return or change of mind Zip Me Up is unable to issue a refund.
